How do I obtain an RMA# for a Return?
To make a return or exchange with Revvolution, you must create a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). For returns, please contact us directly by emailing us at email@example.com.
All returns must contain the RMA# placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice. Please check the reason for return in the appropriate box located at the bottom of the invoice; packages received with a RMA will NOT be accepted.
Who Pays for Shipping for Returns?
If there's a manufacturer defect or error in shipping, we will cover the shipping back to our warehouse and to get you your new merchandise.
In all other circumstances the customer will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but any exchange items will be sent back to the customer for free.
How can I check my return status?
Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check up on the status of your return.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it will take up to 7 business days to complete the exchange.
What about refunds?
You can receive a full refund only if the request was made 14 days after original order. Sales items are not eligible for refunds.
